As Head of Marketing, I led a dynamic team of six and managed a £1.5 million budget, ensuring strategic allocation across multiple channels to achieve maximum impact. I spearheaded the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy for a diverse portfolio of brands, including Mamasan, Pizza Punks, and Veganizza.
From the initial spark of an idea to its full execution, I took complete ownership of the marketing lifecycle. My role spanned everything from email marketing to website management, E-commerce, and social media presence, driving brand visibility and ensuring seamless customer engagement at every touchpoint. This hands-on approach allowed me to create campaigns that not only resonated with the target audience but also delivered measurable results for each brand.
